Economy
A seat on the plane can be chosen after booking a ticket via the website or in a special self-service kiosk at the airport. Platinum and gold members of the Flying Blue program, regardless of the class they travel, can use airport lounges. In the price of the ticket are included drinks and snacks served onboard. On intercontinental routes, each passenger may take one registered luggage up to 23 kg in the ticket price. Passengers also receive a pillow, a blanket, a sleeping mask, and earplugs. There is a special menu for children.

Premium Economy
In the Premium Economy fare, passengers have an enlarged legroom. In the price of the ticket is included the increased luggage allowance, priority of service at the airport, access to the lounge and an increased number of miles. In addition, for intercontinental flights, each passenger receives, among others, pillow, wool blanket and a bottle of water.

Business Class
In the business class, the seat can be turned into a two-meter bed. The armchair can also be a comfortable place to work – thanks to a small lamp, sockets to charge devices, satellite phone, sound-proof headphones. French wines are also served with ordered meals.

La Première
The most comfortable offer for traveling with the Air France airline. On board service is available at any time. Passengers, in addition to the sleeping set, receive refreshing Givenchy cosmetics. The menu is prepared by the best chefs, decorated with Michelin stars.

Online check-in is possible 30 hours before departure. It allows you to confirm the flight and the choice of a seat. Its final stage is receiving the boarding pass. After arriving at the airport, passengers only have to drop their suitcases to check-in.

Paris-Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport is the main base of the Air France airline. The carrier's airplanes are stationed at several other French airports – including in Lyon, Marseilles, and Toulouse. The airport is located 23 km northeast of Paris. The capital is connected by a motorway and railways. The easiest way to move around is by bus (RAPT network) or by taxi. The main tourist attractions from the airport can be reached by TGV train. The airport was one of the first to have a railway connection.
At the airport there are three terminals between which you can travel with free buses. The airport also offers many services, such as shops, restaurants, business lounges, tourist information, a place to pray, Wi-Fi, etc.

Meals on board depend on the booking class. On each route and in each class, alcoholic beverages are included in the ticket price. In the economy class on short routes are served only snacks and drinks, on intercontinental routes – three-course meals. In the business class, three-course meals, a cheese board or quick dishes are served right after the start of the plane. Each passenger's culinary journey begins with a glass of champagne. Then, you can enjoy the dishes prepared by chefs awarded with Michelin stars. The dishes served depend on the length of the flight. On routes over 2.5 hours, passengers always receive a warm meal. Travelers using the first class can order dishes from the card, which also are prepared the best chefs, holding Michelin stars – Joël Robuchon, Régis Marcon, Guy Martin, Anne-Sophie Pic, Michel Roth. You can choose from dishes inspired by Asian cuisine to fresh seafood.

During the journey, the passengers have an entertainment system that allows them to choose among films (all in English, French and Spanish, some also in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Hindi), music and games. The Air France magazine is located on every seat, and additionally in the business and the first class – Air France Madame magazine.
KLM and Air France equipped in May 2013 one of their Boeing 777-300ER in Wi-Fi. Passengers can use the network after the plane reaches the level of 20 thousand feet (about 6 km).
The carrier's lounges are commonly known as Le Salon. Available for travellers of the La Première, Business, and Premium Economy class, as well as for economy class passengers who are members of Flying Blue Gold, Flying Blue Platinum, SkyTeam Elite or Elite Plus. Drinks and snacks are served, international newspapers, free Wi-Fi, showers and SPA are available. 530 Air France and 300 Sky Team lounges are located all over the world, on all continents except Antarctica.
