FLEET
Kulula airlines fleet comprises 10 aircraft, which can seat between 160 and 190 passengers. The currently operated aircraft come from the Boeing 737 series, which is considered to be less harmful to the environment as it consumes 26% less fuel in comparison to the aircraft previously used by Kulula.
TRAVEL CLASSES
When purchasing Kalula airline tickets, you can choose either Economy or Business class. However, you should remember that this choice depends on the travel destination, because not every airline offers such options. Also, bear in mind that the class you book will impact the price of your ticket.
ONLINE CHECK-IN
There are three check-in options you can use when flying on Kulula. It can be done on the company's website, using the kulula.com travel app or directly at the airport. Check-in on the website is available 24 hours before departure. If you decide to check in at the airport, you can do it using self-service kiosks. However, you should remember that it cannot be done later than an hour before departure.
BAGGAGE
When purchasing a ticket on Kulula low-cost airlines, you can bring checked baggage that does not exceed 20 kg. The acceptable dimensions for this type of baggage are 90x75x43 cm. Children have the same baggage allowance. In addition, they are entitled to a folding pram. Hand baggage that you can bring onboard the aircraft may not weigh more than 7 kg. The maximum dimensions for a suitcase are 56x36x23 cm.
Should your baggage exceed 20 kg maximum allowance, additional baggage may be purchased. If you decide to do it when making a booking, you can count on a lower rate. If you decide to purchase extra baggage after your booking has been made, the price may be different. Remember to add your extra baggage no later than 2 hours before departure.
On Kulula you can carry sports and music equipment as part of free baggage if it fits within the maximum dimensions and weight. If it does not, you must buy extra baggage. The airline informs passengers that its plans are not adapted to carry very fragile items so it will not take responsibility for any possible damage.

Kulula airlines offers passengers medical assistance and wheelchairs. It is necessary to request this type of service no later than 48 hours before the planned journey. The passenger who needs special assistance or a wheelchair should check in 90 minutes before departure at the latest.
Kulula offers passengers Kulula Moolah loyalty card to collect points for flights. With the right amount of points collected, they can be redeemed to pay or part pay for any Kulula flight ticket.
When flying on Kulula airlines, you can bring your own food onboard. Nevertheless, the airline also offers meals on its flights. To satisfy all passengers, vegetarian options are available as well. If you want to but an onboard meal on a Kalula flight, you must have a payment because Kulula no longer accepts cash payments.
