The main seat of RwandAir Express is Kigali Airport located 12 km from the city of Kigali and recognised as the largest airport in Rwanda. This year, the airport has accepted about 90 thousand tourists, including both departures and arrivals. Kigali International Airport has a whole range of services designed for passengers and their families to make the waiting time more enjoyable. These services include:

• Information points
• Free Wi-Fi
• Post
• Banks
• Currency exchange points
• Restaurants
• Convenience stores
• VIP zone (access must be purchased in advance)

RwandAir Express has a loyalty programme called Dream Miles. It consists in collecting miles during the calendar year, thanks to which you can upgrade your card status from diamond to emerald. Each card has specific benefits, so you can often purchase a free ticket or pay for baggage.

The airlines has also thought of the youngest passengers, for whom they have created the Dream Miles Junior package. It operates on the same principles as the adult programme; however, it is intended for beneficiaries in the age range of 2 to 16 years.

When buying airline tickets, it is worth checking the allocated seating positions which are determined randomly, unless the passenger purchases access to a specific seat. Traveling families can submit a special application for sitting side by side. Such reservations can be made via the website or by phone. You may also submit the application at the check-in desk, however, in this case, its positive consideration will depend on the availability of free seats.

All flights on behalf of RwandAir Express are intended for non-smokers.
