Florence airport
The signage at the airport was poor. The staff were busy and not attentive. I did ask a question and got sniggered at - but passengers all heard and told me they also wanted to know. Poor ground staff. When I advised the reason for my question - woman just shrugged. The seating was also insufficient for the amount of travellers
