Istanbul Airport is one of the most modern and largest airports in the world, located 35 km north of the centre of Istanbul. The purpose of building a new facility in Turkey was to take over air traffic from Istanbul Atatürk airport, which had been one of the busiest airports in Europe till April 2019.

Travellers can also use public transport. There are 150 buses that run on 19 routes, travel time is from 15 to 90 minutes, depending on the beginning of the route. The Turkish authorities are currently implementing the construction of the next metro line M11 and the expansion of the railway station. Trains will be able to stop near the main terminal.

The new Istanbul airport will have a huge parking space in the form of a multi-level covered car park. It will be prepared for 40,000 vehicles. Ultimately, the airport's parking (both external and internal) will be able to accommodate 70,000 vehicles. The localization of the car and access to it will be easier thanks to special applications. Travelers will also have the possibility of using car wash, tire changing service, refueling or repairs. The facility supports mobile, automatic payments, QR codes and NFC payments.

Istanbul Airport offers travel comfort and access to all kinds of entertainment and services to the travellers. Ultimately, the gastronomy space will be 32,000. m2(restaurants, cafes, bars). We will do shopping in shopping centers, stores and boutiques of well-known brands. Passengers can use services such as a hairdresser or a babysitter. There will be exchange offices, ATMs, car rental points, hotel, prayer rooms, congress centers or VIP rooms. Istanbul Airport City will be built near the airport, the construction project includes, among others, shopping centers, schools, hospitals, hotels and office space.
