I am outraged at paying 60 euros for each small bag. There were 5 small bags for the 7 passengers. I live and learn, and I will not recommend this airline to any Brazilian.

Ich musste für 4 kg..hatte 10 kg Aufgabegepäck gebucht 50 Euro zahlen…
Statt mein Aufgabegepäck so anzunehmen… hätte die 4 kg auch ins Handgepäck nehmen können…aber auch da war die Kollegin am Schalter unverschämt und ließ meinen Rucksack 2x in der Vorrichtung überprüfen

Odprawa bagażowa przebiegła bardzo pomyślnie, miła i pomocna obsługa. Spełniła nasze prośby i oczekiwania. Odprawa bezpieczeństwa również przebiega prawidłowo, bez chaosu i dodatkowego stresu , nie poganiają , dają czas na wszystko.
