Odprawa pasażerów
Na ELMAS (w drodze powrotnej z Cagliari), obsługa zbyt późno zaczęła "wpuszczanie" pasażerów przez GATE nr16 a pasażerowie przepuszczeni przez punkt kontrolny, gromadzili się (stojąc z podręcznymi bagażami, z małymi dziećmi i z wózkami) w zamkniętym holu, co spowodowało dość duże zamieszanie. Komuś potłukła się nawet butelka z winem. Wypuszczenie pasażerów do samolotu, odbyło się dopiero gdy wszyscy znaleźli się w w/w holu. Taka organizacja spowodowała, że wylot opóźnił się o ok. 35 minut.

Bezpodstawnie doliczona dodatkowa opłata za bagaż podręczny który jest wliczony w cenę biletu, i który spełniał wymagania wagowo gabarytowe. Bardzo niemiła obsługa odprawy.

Powrót z Sardynii
Małe, kameralne lotnisko, dobry dojazd pociągiem. Wszystko dobrze zorganizowane, z wyjątkiem systemu parkingowego. Bezpłatny jest tylko 10 min. co w przypadku odebrania kogoś z lotniska nie wystarcza, jeśli musi on czekać na bagaż, a przed lotniskiem nie ma gdzie zaczekać. Żeby dopłacić trzeba szukać kantoru obsługi, bo automatycznej kasy przy wyjeździe nie ma.
